Cell Manipulation Core Digestive Disease Research Development Center (DDRDC)
- Purpose: The DDRDC Cell Manipulation Core provides cells either from primary tissue harvest (liver or intestine) or existing established cell lines (intestinal, liver, and pancreatic) to members of the DDRDC. This core specializes in modifying gene expression in cell culture.
